At the heart of Meteon Run is an in-game economy powered by NFT sneakers and two tokens. The loop is simple — four steps, over and over.
Get an NFT Sneaker
Pick up an NFT sneaker on Meteon Garage, the official marketplace (pay in USDT, MTO, GMTO, or POL). A sneaker's rank (rarity) sets its repair cost (priced in USD) and how much it earns — there are no stat values to compare — with a lineup that runs from affordable trial sneakers up to high-rank collectibles. Equip It and Run
Equip the sneaker on your character and play. The further you run and the more coins you collect, the more GMTO — the in-game token — you earn.
Repair and Maintain Your Sneakers
Sneakers wear down as you run, and you spend GMTO to repair them — managing repair costs is part of the strategy. GMTO can also go toward your next NFT sneaker purchase (per the whitepaper).
Withdraw and Trade Your Tokens
Move the GMTO you've stacked up from your game account to your Meteon Garage wallet (Garage Wallet), then on to an exchange to trade for other currencies. Withdrawals to the Garage Wallet carry a 0.5% fee, a minimum of roughly $10, and daily/monthly caps (figures as displayed in August 2026; they change with market rates and updates).
